ARC SP16 or CJ PV14 or AES AE-3?

I've heard the SP16 and love it. How would the AE-3 or PV14 compare to the SP16? Spending less is better. Thanks.

It was a grate pre the only thing I did not like was the large volume steps but that was not that bothersome.
