You prefer Mosfets or Bipolar outputs in amps?

I'd like to better understand the difference and advantages of each... like heat issues, reliability, driving low impedance speakers, etc. Thanks for your insight!

VERY informative TO SAY THE LEAST!!! And mainly in my HO, its the cost factor. I dont think my Gamut sounds better than many amps because of MOSFET implementation, but mainly because of design/engineering.
