Best Gene Pitney collection...sonically?.....

It isn't very pretty what a CD without pity can do.

I always thought "Town Without Pity" had real creepy vibe to it. Then I saw the movie. Eeew!

i'm pretty sure a 'bear family' import cd box exsists. pitney was a genius. his recordings were mixed for radio play. the bear family boxes generally have a more 'full' sound.

one of my Gene Pitney, LP's which I feel and hear that stands out most sonically from the rest is kind of rare, and my favorite called Blue Gene, on musicor records ms 3006. Good Luck (ps I find lots of rare and hard to find lp's on ebay and usually real cheap in excellent condition)
