The Phosphorescent album is one of the best album to come along in years but I can't imagine it getting played in a gym. They're along the lines of Neutral Milk Hotel only more chilled out and "earthy".

Is it available on vinyl?

Haven't seen it on vinyl. It's on the Misra label and some of their stuff is on wax but not this on. The album is titled Aw Come Aw Wry. You can listen to Full Grown Man and a few other tracks HERE on their myspace page.

Vcarv, my first source for any of this type of research is always allmusic.com (see initial post), but I came up dry there as well.
