Good call on Chase. Their last album, "Pure Music", is definitely worth a listen. Bill Chase, I understand, was the high-note man for Woody Herman's Thundering Herd before forming Chase.

Fishbone, not quite classified as Rock. IMO, horns combined with a Rock band automatically preclude that category. Furthermore, there is no true "ultimate" in my interpretation regarding anything.
