Singer sounds lower than ear level, help raise it

My speakers are currently on stands and the tweeters are at ear level. But still i find that the sound of the singer comes from the center of the speakers but it is lower than my ears. Her mouth sound like its only 2 feet from the ground. Is there anyway to raise the focus of the singer higher? thanks

The answer is simple and already mentioned tilt them back slightly. That's it so just try it....
I tried to near my speakers to 6 feet apart from current 8 feet, the vocals raised a bit. Will try 7 feet and 9 feet later.
My listening chair is 9 or 10 feet from the speakers.
I'm more keen to try tilting the speakers up and see what will happens, still trying to find something to slot under the front spikes.
Will update result.
Thank you for all the great advices.
You don't need to tilt them much and start with nickels then two nickels......
What amp are you using? Does it have RCA and XLR input? If yes, did you compare both? I experienced similar issue in my system. My amp, I VERY STRONGLY believe, is optimized for XLR. The moment I started using XLRS, I gained soundstage width and height. Good luck!
I'm using RCA. No more budget to change interconnect. When i have budget will change the speakers to high efficient one.
