Plugging rear ports of "bookshelf" speakers? Hence why I prefer sealed designs. Easy to place them in my bedroom system- I put my ATC 7’s on cork and rubber feet directly on my 72” low dresser about a foot from the wall, and they image really well with no bloat in the bass.

Non-fatiguing speakers in $10K range? Newer generation ATC Entry level series are a big YES. Non-fatiguing. The key is to get the ATC’s with the ATC-made tweeter, not the ones made with the ferry-fluid based ScanSpeak tweeters. Ie, ATC SCM 40v2, not ATC SCM35, or earlier ATC SCM20’s.
Eversolo or Aurender: Options and Opinions $1100- import duties likely to not increase that toomuch! I was looking at CanuckAudioMart, which I believe owns USAudioMart. Just an example. For fun, from the website https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/travel-voyage/dte-acl/est-cal-eng.html , I est...

Eversolo or Aurender: Options and Opinions I see lots of Aurender N100H’s on various sites (US Audio Mart, Audiogon, etc.), usually for $1200 or so. There are a few new ones every month. As a N100H owner, I highly recommend them at this price level.
Focal v Wilson I would look at the ATC SCM40 v2. They just had the price dropped to $6K a pair from $8K, and compete with both yet with a far smoother tweeter. I think they would be a better match to your amp. They are also easy to drive and place in a room, as ...

The receiver was my intro to HiFi! What say you? 1972 fall: Sansui 2000x driving large Advents, via a Dual 1215S and Shure M91E. Satisfying for 6 months before I began to rapidly upgrade, shocking myself at each improvement. First improvement was adding a second pai of Advents to stack, sold to ...
Streamer only I will also give a shoutout to the Bluesound Node. I find the Aurender finicky when power is lost or the internet goes down and up. It sometimes requires multiple rebooting and needs to restore itself. This can result in a 20 minute or so delay in...
Streamer only @benanders , my laptop is about 5 years old, I bought it specifically to drive my Schiit Yggdrasil as it used SSD instead of a disk drive and I used it solely with battery power. I was stunned by the increase in low level information, especially a...
