| Blown tube issue Is the Manley amp fixed bias or cathode bias? If fixed you must adjust the bias current so the EL34's do not exceed their plate current limit. A multimeter is needed. Ask Manley for the procedure. You can do it yourself. | |

| Speaker Spike Philosophy Spikes under speakers is another cure in search of a disease - to borrow a medical metaphor. I am unaware of any speaker that is affected by woofer/driver motion. Another marketing ploy to get the gullible and insecure to spend more money! | |
