| Pass, Mac, or Anthem I have owned Pass X250.5 and several Macs, the most recent an MC300. I would say go for the Mac. They are full, and natural sounding. I felt that the Pass was somewhat grainy and electronic sounding. | |
| budget component in high-end system? I would have to say the Morrison Elad Preamp. I have gone through several amps and speakers in the last 6 years, but I am still impressed with it's lack of identifiable "sound". Having said that, I would still give it up for a McIntosh C200. | |
