Why not these cables for my TT
The #2680 is a single cable, not a pair for L & R, so you will need 2 of them. Will it do the job? Yes. Does your TT deserve something better? Yes.
Recommendation for a dedicated line wire
Cryo'd Romex from VH Audio,http://www.vhaudio.com/wire.htmlIt was a definite improvement compared to standard 10 gauge Romex in a friend's system.

small red lights flash on my Nakamichi PA-7
Wolf, I'm not disagreeing with your experience, as I too, have had experience with the Nak amp, and 200 watt Adcom amps with this type of LED indicator. It will be very easy for these LED's to blink when using speakers with an 85-86db sensitivity ...
small red lights flash on my Nakamichi PA-7
I had one of those 'Naks years ago...and getting the clipping light to come on (300 watts pre side) meant things had become VERY loudThat may or may not be true, as it will depend on the sensitivity of the speaker and size of the room. Using a ver...
small red lights flash on my Nakamichi PA-7
but sometimes the small red lights on the front of the amp blink or stay on for a secondAs Docdan50 stated, clipping, or the amp has reached maximum power output. An extremely quick blink that rarely happens is probably OK, however, the longer it ...

Use receiver for power output from integrated amp

Speaking from experience, yes, the size of wire on the dedicated lines will make a difference. About 3 tears ago, a friend decided to experiment with this, mainly because another close friend of his was an electrician. He had always used 2 dedicat...
Question about shipping damage
Just a thought, and I'm not trying to accuse anyone, but the buyer may have damaged the amp while unpacking or installing in his system, and now he's trying to cover the problem. I'm sure things like this happen, but there is no way to ever know. ...
Is the Musical Fidelity Nu-vista M3 outdated
Sometimes newer is not always better. I started with a MF XA-100r, one of the original X-series, and loved it. Then acquired an A3, pretty much the same sound, but conventional size. Next was an A308, a definite step up in sound. Then I tried an A...
Question about shipping damage
Retired now, but worked in the A/V industry for 20 years, and it is possible to ship 60lb amps with nothing but bubble wrap and peanuts in a single box. I did this many times, and never had a problem. You must use the heavy duty bubble wrap and th...

Best Integrated for Martin Logan Motion 12's?
I'm one to get caught up in specs.. S/n.. Thd... Damping... Freq range...Not really a good idea, as most of the time the differences you see are actually meaningless to how the amp will perform with a certain speaker, unless they are not within th...
