Active Wireless speaker, Dynaudio, Buchardt or Sonus Faber?

That’s the question!

My brother in law asked me some advice regarding what speakers he can put in their living room.

I only have experienced with JBL actives and Buchardt, both different but nice. But I suspect Dynaudio and Sonus Faber could be more nicer for his tastes.

Appreciate your help!

I have heard Meridian actives and they sound good. If he has around 10k, he could get the Meridian DSP5200.

If he has 3k or under, he could try the Elac Navis (It won the EISA award over speakers that cost magnitudes more, the year it was released).

If his wallet is kinda weaker than expected and he only has 600 dollars, Yamaha HS8.

Hope that helps.

you will get lots of personal opinions but without a budget, many will be of no use.

Check out the Kef LS60. I auditioned them and if I didn’t have over $50k in electronics, I probably would get a pair.

I had some Dynaudio Focus 60xd speakers for a while. Honestly was underwhelmed by them. They didn’t sound bad just kinda bland and ordinary. Never heard the others.
