Amp Flashing "Warning"

Something very odd and alarming happened today. While listening at very low levels, i heard a few popping sounds from my monitors and then my amp display flashed "warning". I immediately disconnected everything. Now afraid to plug it back in.

Does anyone have any idea what just happened?

Solid state vitus. It suspect  the amp is breaking down and putting DC on the speaker terminals. But not sure 100%
Maybe an email or call to Vitus and see what they say.  Check to be sure all the interconnects are tight and there are no "loose"  speaker wire/strands touching the speaker outputs on the amp or at the speaker connectors.
Nothing in the owner's manual about that warning display and what it might mean?  If not, I second the suggestion of contacting the manufacturer.
Nope. I did get a response from Vitus -

“is most likely a modul in the powerstage that has a small dc league and the amplifier is just protecting it self.“

Now need to ship to dealer to replace.

Anyone else  have issues with vitus ?
