Good to see DH Labs getting some well deserved love.

I found the DH Labs glass Toslink to be head and shoulders above my Supra ZAC Toslink, my Lifatec Toslink and an Amazon brand that was well received. I also got a great deal on some DH Labs HDMI 2.0 when on closeout of that line which was a nice step up on some WireWorld cables I was using. I could easily see the improvement on my TV. Not to be overlooked. If I ever get the itch to try out that Shanling ET3 CDT, I'll try one of their USB cables. All the best, |
I recently bought a pair of DH Labs Air Matrix Cryo's XLR IC's on a whim from usedcable.com to replace a pair of well broken in Blue Jeans Cables XLRs I had going from my preamp to my amp. |
@ffontan +1 DHLabs is my go to budget cable. I have some around as a standard. A couple years ago after hearing all the positive remarks about Blue Jeans, I bought a set of BJ interconnects. After some breakin and testing I concluded they were no better than the stuff that comes with consumer grade components or Monster interconnects. Yes, DHLabs makes great interconnects and cables. While they don't directly compete with upper tier Transparent, Cardas, and Nordost, they provide excellent sound quality for the money. Highly recommended. |
@ghdprentice Good deal. Have you tried the revelation ones? I remember reading a review that compared those with Nordost's top-of-the-line at the time of the review (Valkyrja...like 20 years ago to be fair) and the reviewer stating that that while they were slightly different one wasn't necessarily better than the other. |
