Inexpensive speaker cable for Merlin

I tried to find a thread that would cover the topic of inexpensive speaker cables, but couldn't find any.
Any cable under $500 that works well for the Merlin MME's.
Soon to be had with master bam.

Pedrillo,

I am also using a 12' pair of Supra Classic 6 that I made up, with a braided sheath, Furutech rhodium bananas, and heat shrink where neccessary. They look good, and sound great with my VAC PA 35.35, and HPD 315 Tannoys. I kind of forgot about them, as the other cables have such a splash overseas, the Supra slipped my mind. They really are very, very, good.

Go for the cardas or Jena labs....I owned anti cables with merlins and although they were excellent when many speakers, they are just to dry for the merlins. Save yourself some time and call Bobby. His advice is only in your best interest.
Hi Pedrillo,

I finally got my speaker wires (it's a long way from Lithuania to Washington State). I finally got around to putting them in a couple of nights ago, and, by God, they sound damned good! It cost me $58 including shipping, for a stereo pair of 10'. I even think they might be a bit better than my $1400 cables. What the heck, there's not much to lose. If you are interested, send me an email, and I'll get you the guy's contact info in Lithuania.

Regards,
Dan
I'm using these for my Master TSM's and like them quite a bit. And you can get them used for less than the 500 price. They pop up every now and then here.

Cheers.
