Marcin Wasilewski Trio--Spark of Life

Nice! I think they are terrific. I have a couple of their other recordings which I recommend, "January" and "Faithful". I also recommend when Marcin was in the group Simple Acoustic Trio, releases: "Lullaby for Rosemary" and "Habanera". Terrific stuff!

Didn't know about Simple Acoustic Trio. I first heard them w/ T. Stanko. Those two cds (no mp3s for me) seem to be hard to come by. I'll keep my eyes open. Wish ECM would release them.

Not hard, just not cheap. When I ordered them on Amazon they shipped from Poland. Still available for $25 + $4 shipping, but they are worth pursuing in my opinion. I enjoy them very much. Relatively expensive for CDs, but not in general. You could easily pay $60 for dinner plus wine for two at a decent (not expensive) restaurant. And by the next day you are hungry again! But these CDs can satisfy your musical hunger for many years. ;^)
