Mcintosh MCD12000 issues

Team,

I have a set of issues and resetting and powering off the device is no fix.

1. MCD12000 powers up but it powers up 3 times with 3 clicks and tubes , same with power off , resetting did not fix the issue

2. mcd 12000 roon is finicky , shows up after 3 hours or never

Any thought what could be wrong here?

Looks like there is something wrong with one or more of the tubes. The best idea is contact your dealer or mcintosh directly
