Need a schematic for CAT SL1 Mark 3, or just a picture of the insides of unit

How does an audio tech screw up such a minor job!

Thank you Noromance for the extra pictures. I don't know how a tech manages to fail at this task. I am hoping that the next audio tech can fix it up. When in good working order it is a very nice preamp.

I know it's not cheap, but I would only trust Ken Stevens with my CAT. He's a great guy and he can also do a thorough job checking everything and if you need or want updates.

He also has all the parts.

You can search Convergent Audio Technology SL1 preamp schematic. You will get pictures.

Changing the switch is easy if you can get the right part.

For some reason Ken does not offer a schematic for his products. When i owned a ARC amp, it came with a schematic as part of the instruction manual. To me, this made a lot of sense. BUT I guess Ken has his reasons...and they will make it a lot more difficult/costly for owners once he has ceased his business, unless he deems it worthy to supply a schematic before that time comes.
