Potential RF feedback? How do I get rid of it?

I’m getting what sounds like RF noise that comes and goes. Sounds like little whispering aliens. Ever heard of such a thing? Is this dirty power issue? Any idea how I can shut the little aliens up? Thx!

Sometimes this is via the power lines too, so make sure their wall warts are out side of your clean power zone.
