Qobuz Activation failed on bluos


I have the Bluesound Node Icon and I downloaded Qobuz with a free trial for 10.83 before I tried to put it on the BluOs and when I tried to activate it in BluOs I keep getting activation failed. Next I tried to get Qobuz through the bluos it said 30 day free trial then 19.99 a month, I think bluos just wants to get a extra.9.17 a month from me before they will  activate it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated because I'm getting very frustrated with  both Bluesound and Qobuz

please check these items:

Firmware Update: Verify that your BluOS firmware is up to date. Recent updates have caused issues, so ensure you’re on the latest stable version.

Reauthorize Qobuz: Log out of Qobuz in the BluOS app and log back in. This can refresh the connection.

Reboot Devices: Restart your BluOS player, router, and controlling device (e.g., phone or tablet).

You don’t need to download Qobuz, it’s native in the BluOS app. Check your account settings / credentials via the website and make sure you are logging in with correct credentials directly in the BluOS app.

Bluesound isn’t trying to gouge you. My guess is you’ve created more than one account.
