Simaudio 650 or 750 as last cd transport/dac?

Hi: I am interested in getting a Simaudio 650 or 750 cd/dac. My reasoning was it would be my last cd transport and it appears to have an extremely good dac that I could also use to stream music and it is all in one box. Any thoughts or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would use it with a pair of Pathos Classic II's bridged and Avalon Ascendent speakers.
