Sonic Frontiers Power 2 two tube failure? HELP

I recently replaced the tubes in my power 2 amp. after replacing them i turned it on (in standby) and tried to bias the tubes. The 2 back tubes on the right channel would not bias. No matter how much i turned it left or right the led stayed green. When i powered up, those two tube were completely dead. when i replaced them with my stock tube they were still dead. Did some sort of shortage occur?
