I'm not sure about your particular case but this used to happen to me due to changing resolutions, like going from 44.1/16 to 96/24. I solved it by going into my settings and increasing the time between songs or something like that. Another solution is to force a certain resolution, like 96/24 at all times.
Static on Audirvana sometimes
Morning all. Haven't posted in a while, older now with a new left knee, Oh boy.
Was streaming yesterday, via Audirvana and this situation has repeated itself . I sign in and all goes well. (for those of you that stream Audirvana this will hopefully make some sense) Once a song is chosen you hit the triangle arrow next to it, the song is highlighted and the seconds later begins to play. However, what happens now and frequently, the song starts and within a few seconds goes straight to static (at your volume setting, in my case 85 db or so) I immediately hit pause and the the lock icon to the right on the screen. Then go back and choose the same song, same manner and it usually plays just fine. Now between songs I reduce the volume by 20db in case it repeats itself on the next track, which it frequently does. Just wondering if anyone else has a similar experience? I earlier typed in the same post to Audirvana forum. I have had great success with the forum for many issues past, figured I 'd try again.
