erik_squires My wife and I tried your suggestions. We tried up scaling X2 in that particular area of settings, and that seemed to work. I will take a shot at listening again soon and check again. I will also explore your suggestion of increasing times between songs. Not sure where that area is in settings???? My wife says that suggestion seems to be the most logical. Her reasoning is that Audirvana depends on Qobuz, and maybe a little more time is needed for one to talk to the other??? Again many thanks. Robert
Static on Audirvana sometimes
Morning all. Haven't posted in a while, older now with a new left knee, Oh boy.
Was streaming yesterday, via Audirvana and this situation has repeated itself . I sign in and all goes well. (for those of you that stream Audirvana this will hopefully make some sense) Once a song is chosen you hit the triangle arrow next to it, the song is highlighted and the seconds later begins to play. However, what happens now and frequently, the song starts and within a few seconds goes straight to static (at your volume setting, in my case 85 db or so) I immediately hit pause and the the lock icon to the right on the screen. Then go back and choose the same song, same manner and it usually plays just fine. Now between songs I reduce the volume by 20db in case it repeats itself on the next track, which it frequently does. Just wondering if anyone else has a similar experience? I earlier typed in the same post to Audirvana forum. I have had great success with the forum for many issues past, figured I 'd try again.
