The best customer experience I've ever had......


Spending big bucks for audiophile gear isn’t for the faint of heart. Finding that sales person to calm your nerves is very much like hoping to find a trustworthy dentist/doctor/car salesman. Well, I found that guy with Daniel Kuburovski @ Vinyl Sound USA. I recently purchased my dream amplifier: an Accuphase P-4600. Retail is approx. $14,000. Daniel took his time and answered my barrage of redundant questions for a few weeks before I finally relented and pulled the trigger. Once the amp arrived, he’s continued to help me with tremendous customer support. I’ve dealt with the best of the best in audiophile sellers: Kevin @ Upscale Audio, Bes @ MOFI (who is a champion), Wally @ Underwood HIFI (Maui), Michael Liang @ Woo Audio and more. Daniel is a star that all of you need to experience the next time you are ready to purchase gear. Not only is he one of the chosen few approved to be an Accuphase dealer in the US/Canada, his inventory of other high-end gear is staggering. You owe it to yourself to reach out to him. Two people/companies I can think of right off the bat...

Richard Schram at Parasound (before he sold the company).  He picked up the phone on my tech support call and spent 45 minutes talking to me about what direction to go with preamp/amp.  

Paul McGowan and the rest of the crew at PS Audio.  The have helped me with multiple questions and when repair work was needed for even out of warranty equipment, they bent over backwards to get it fixed.  

Atelier 13 Audio in Nashville.  Constantin is special and cares that his customers are satisfied. 

Kat was pretty awesome, legendary, while at Upscale. But the guys others at Upscale are exceptional too. 

Mine was with Harry Weisfeld when he told me to save myself $4,000 and upgrade my VPI HW 19 Mk II to a IV instead of buying a new Classic.

He took $4,000 out of his pocket and put it in mine. That's amazing.

OP congratulations, For 14K if I am Daniel I will bring you to a nice restaurant as well. Iam glad you found a descent dealer. If you are talking Bes from Music Direct, He is also funny , I’ve known Him when Music Direct has only 4 employees.
