The $249 someone quoted is for the Sublime tier which is $20.83 a month. The only real difference is Sublime lets you buy downloads at a discount, the Premier level for $14.99 is the deal.

They have better selection and recommendation than Tidal. Tidal is useless for me without the connect. The connect is "coming soon", per their support. The user experience for me is not worth the money even if I have this deal. My music experience is incomplete and the only thing I listen to Tidal is complete albums that I look up in equipment reviews or user forums. I would rather pay full price on Spotify when they come up with the hifi.
