This is fun!  What a wonderful group of people.

I've been having some serious trouble with my analog front end.  I believe it's my cartridge.  Foolishly, I sold ALL of my old cartridges so not even one do I have for changing out to test and trouble shoot.  I'm bringing my rig over to Upscale Audio fairly soon and they are going to check the stylus/cantilever.  Also my phono stage, just in case.  And that is why I have not been playing vinyl lately.

On the bright side, no matter the outcome, I am also looking to upgrade my analog front end.  I believe that a new turntable, tonearm, and cartridge are in the cards for me in the very near future.

I am not getting any younger.  Now is the time to make some rather significant steps forward in my system.  And then, enjoy!

Look at what Brian has been doing.  Same idea, I believe.
The Sapphire is up and running... Alan Parsons Project - I Robot MFSL UHQR
