Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO

RE: Deutsche Grammophon - One word, inconsistent. Most/many can be very good, some, not so much. Doesn’t mean they are not all ‘good’, they are, but some are stellar, and some not so much. 

In contrast, in relation to another larger EU label, Philips, as example, in the classical recording realm, IMO is constantly very good to excellent. Same with DECCA/London.

Thanks for the information on Deutsche Grammophon. I thought you would be the resident expert on the subject and it's much appreciated.

Also, thanks for the info on Phillips and Decca/London. I'll look out for those labels on my searches.
