Best drink while listening to your rig?

How could I forget about Port. Preferably a 10 or 20 year old Tawny or a LBV, and for a special occasion a Vintage, accompanied by Stilton and/or walnuts. Mmmmm......

Wdhsvbgod, I recently sampled a 1998 Cabernet Franc from Chateau des Charmes, very good and would challenge many a St-Emilion.

For Port lovers, an evening with a good bottle, good friend(s), good chamber music or jazz, nothing much better than some 1994 LBV (Osborne is a damn good deal). Have some 2000 vintage ports now cellaring.
