Good ripping program - no compression

I'm thinking about buying a 200GB external hard drive a ripping about 300-400 CD's to it. I do about 80 percent of my listening while sitting in front of the computer and am getting tired of shuffling CD's. I'm looking for suggestions on a good program to rip with but I don't want to use any compression as I wish to compromise the sound as little as possible.

System:
P4 2.8ghz
M-audio revolution sound board
monarch SM70 class a amp
B&W LM1 monitors
B&W sub

Thanks,
prpixel
i forgot to mention something about compression. you can use flac or shn to loslessly compress your music. there are plugins for winamp (among other players) that support these formats... and everything you need is free!

FALC:
http://flac.sourceforge.net/

SHN:

Thanks for the info. I was wondering how Flac compares to Media player lossless compression. EAC looks like a good idea, but being in the computer industry for many years I don't do betas.

Thanks,
I just installed winamp and the flac plugin. Under cd ripping encoders it list AAC V1.00 - is that the flac encoder?

thnaks,
Mmrog, Vader007, and Ketchup - Can you rip on EAC and playback on MM (or visa versa). In fact, will MM play anything ripped on another product?
