Generally you'd pick the speakers first and then pick the amp. Anyway, the PS Audio 100 integrated should cover you well with a wide range of speakers. I haven't heard the Totems, but I've seen lots of good comments. I suggest trying to hear what you like.
Don't worry about Class D vs. tubes vs. Class A vs. Class AB vs. Class B. When well executed they all can be excellent. PS generally makes good products, so you're probably fine in your price range. I've got a Class D Jeff Rowland Design Group Continuum 500, that competes with "reference" amps and pre-amp from companies like ARC and Conrad Johnson. The name of the technology is not near so important as the designers' abilities and execution of the design.
