Speaker Placement ....help

I just purchased a pair of JBL Olympus C50 speakers.
I would like to know if I should raise these off the floor or leave them as they are on the floor.
Toe in ??...and placement suggestions please.

Check out Vandersteen.com. Look at the owners manual for the 5A. It gives great setup instructions
