Speaker cable suggestions

I've found the Merrill speaker cables to be very good and not just for their modest price (at least by audiophile standards). Merrill has great customer service and I'm sure has a trial period.

I had a reply from Alex at WyWires who said any slight harshness I'm experiencing is the characteristic of the Tannoys...I have to say that is not the case.

The Audience's Au 24 and Au 24e are smooth and transparent. And it's remarkable the way they lower the noise floor.
Plus the prices have come down since the introduction of the Audience Au-24 SE.

I'll second the Au24 + Au24se. Remarkable clarity and frequency extension; loads of detail in my system, and they seem flat across all frequencies to me - creating a very cohesive experience.

I'll second (or third) ClearDay Cables. They replaced far more expensive wires in my system (I realize this means little to you, but I see this mentioned often, so there ya go). Additionally, Paul is truly one of the good guys. He's an absolute pleasure to work with and will send you a pair to try in your system with no commitment to purchase.
