$1,000,000 Speakers - Hey, you never know.

Never heard any of them though:

Personally I'd opt for the Grateful Dead's wall-of-sound back in the day, although these designs are kewler.

These aren't as great as they're hyped to be. I tried a pair of the Moon Audio Opulence connected to my trusty Onkyo 6.1 channel home theater receiver, put on a Katrina & The Wave MP3 and it didn't sound that good. Then my cat knocked over a bowl of lo mein on them, and now they're stained. Not a good day in my basement. The worst part is cramming them into the trunk of my Dodge Aries and bringing them back to the store. Hope they don't offer store credit.
Not all of these ultra expensive speakers are big and ugly. Check out this desk system that consists of two cubes that are about 6" high by 6" wide and a little bit deeper than that, which also come with a Class D switching amp of the same size. These are quite lovely, and they can be yours for $5 million:

Those Moon Audio people aren't even trying, my 16 year old grandson could do hundreds time better photoshop. No reflections or shadows from the speakers? Both their speaker models look like concept drawings, not like anything that ever really was built. Were these ever built? If so, hope the design quality is a lot better than the ad photo talent suggests.
