Hi has anyone done business with The Music Room? They seem legit, but their lack of a published address makes me a little nervous

I purchased a used Monitor Audio PLC 350 from them. They went out of their way to send me an upgraded jumper cable, because the original jumper cable didn't come with the center channel. I would purchase from them again.

I have purchased used gear and their descriptions were accurate. They won't negotiate price, but will will pay a fair price on trade ins.

Amazing foam packaging if they do not have original packaging. Top notch. Bought A Threshold component without original box. Their customized foam insert was molded around the component and was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
