Wadia Amps . Any Good?
First of all I live in the sticks so I don't get a chance to listen to equipment. I have to go by reviews and Input. I am thinking about trading my Wyred4Sound ST 500 Amp for a Wadia A 340 Amp. Has anyone out there owned a Wadia Amp and if so what did you think of it? Thanks for all your help!

Not much info out there on this amp but I would like to know more about it myself. I don't even know which switching module they use or if it's a proprietary I have the 321 DAC and like it much. I have the 321 paired with a PS Audio S300 (IcePower) amp. On that note for the price of the Wadia you could get the PS Audio S300 mono blocks http://www.psaudio.com/products/stellar-m700-power-amplifier/. You mentioned "trade in" does Wadia take trades or your local dealer? I am fairly confident you can buy the PS Audio amp less the trade in value of your W4S amp and then have 30 days to try it out. If you like it you just send them the W4S amp if not you return their amp for a refund. Give them a call, they have internal sales staff that can fill you in. Although I hope you buy the Wadia as I want to here more about it. |
