Cartridge mounting

A local dealer has mounted a Grado Red cartridge on my Thorens table with Rega RB303 tonearm but mounted it with the screws upside down.  I assume it's much easier to do it this way, but aesthetically I don't like the way it looks.  Is it unreasonable to expect with a Rega tonearm that the screws go the other way around?  Thanks for your comments.

If you want to get vinyl right you need to learn how to do it right yourself .

Absolutely, if I can do it you can.  Hard to have to be dependent on someone for a relatively easy job.
Just so pops , just so !
Not to mention that when you check it with a good device at home more often than not you will find it off .
Being a dealer doesn't mean you know what you are doing .
Been there, seen that .
Thanks everyone for your comments.  Next time around, I will definitely learn how to do this for myself.  This was part of a bad experience with a local dealer.  I don't really want to go into details or slam him publicly but he was less than honest in his dealings with me, installed a cartridge that I never authorized him to do and ruined the cartridge that I brought to him to install for me because he really wanted to sell me one of his cartridges, than lied to me and told me the cartridge I brought to him was no good with a totally bent cantilever and the magnet missing.  This was a brand new Goldring Elan that a friend sent to me.  I get it, that it might be like putting Formula 1 tires on a Yugo (My TT is a Thorens TD125 mkII) but I didn't feel like spending the money this time of year.  The plan was to listen to it for a few months and then buy a new cartridge, but now I know where I'm not buying it from......
