Do speaker cables need a burn in period?

I have heard some say that speaker cables do need a 'burn in', and some say that its totally BS.
What say you?

Wouldn’t that mean that burn-in is not a permanent effect? Does the burn-in have to be repeated after, let’s say, a few weeks of vacation? It would be exactly the opposite from...
