I am upgrading ? Need help with setup

I currently have a modded ps 111 dac and a parasound halo c2 with a music server. I use a dreadnaught 2 for amp and tyler acoustic speakers. I want to change my HT to a Theta Casa Nova for better two channel listening. Is this the way to go? Casablanca 111 not in budget? Current sound has great sound stage which I like but sounds bright I would like a warmer sound. Use virtual dynamic master cables. Or I am I on wrong track. Any suggestions Thanks Joe
