Parasound service problems

I bought a used Parasound JC3+ phono preamplifier online from HiFi Buys, which is an official Parasound dealer, for over $ 2,200.  Within 6 months one channel quit working.  Since there is no warranty with it, I contacted Parasound service through the website email asking for the information to send it to them for repair at whatever price they charge, rather than sending it to the seller.  I thought that Parasound would be more reliable.  I have literally 20 messages with someone by the name of Phil Jackson at the service department and he still has not been able to provide me with that information.  I am really concerned with the quality of service of this company.
In the interim I have noticed that the sound on my other Parasound device, a 10 month old $2,900 Halo Integrated Amplifier purchased new has interferences when 2 input sources are on at the same time even though only one can be selected.  I also mentioned this to the service person, but he has not even addressed it on his reply.  Is this normal?
I am certainly done with Parasound.

Never had problems with my HINT in fact Richard Schram the company president personally answered any of my email questions. Maybe your mails went to someone on vacation or at the audio show. I would certainly give them another chance I'm sure they will do you right.
@gdnrbob,
While I sympathize with OP, I also note that this is first post on the forum.
Like @johnto all my previous questions were personally answered by Richard Schram. I am hoping that in the end OP's issues are resolved.
Gdnrbob, the op has been having an email conversation with Phil  Jackson, so yes they have been answering their emails.

i concur that a dealer is the best way to do this, that’s what they’re there for.  To bad about the jc though, hopefully it isn’t too expensive.
I was looking toward getting a JC3Jr. Maybe I should wait. I should have visited the Parasound room at AXPONA 2019 this morning.
The Parasound dealer I dealt with in Montana was worthless.  I was not able to return either.  I got the Halo P6 - I had never heard a worse phono stage.  I sold it after 3 months and took a $500 bath.  Sell your Parasound and say good riddance.
