Phono Preamp

Hi!
I upgraded my equipment recently with a Triode Lab 2a3 integrated and a pair of Klipsch Forte III. My turntable is still a Project Carbon 2Xperience Classic, and the phono preamp it's a Pro-ject Phono Box S.

I am thinking about to change the phono preamp and wait a bit for the turntable upgrade. Is very difficult to get a demo for home test, so, according with your experience, witch pre-amp do you recommend with this equipment?

Or is better to go to the full pack and change both, turntable and amp?

thank jsautter, I'll put an eye to that EAR ;)
noromance, the idea is upgrade for a loooooong time, around 10K for both turntable and phono, I think my vinyl collection worth it.I have over 1.200 lp, -70% prog rock 70's -20% jazz
-10% mistakes (hehe)

I’ve said it in many threads but the Gold Note PH-10 is such a versatile phono unit and sounds GREAT! You can find them new at well below $1500 and worth every cent IMO.
Herron VTPH 2A, hands down. One and DONE! Virtually anything you get with the nearly $7k remaining will leave you with one stellar front end.
I have an integrated phono stage in my Vinnie Rossi L2 that I adore.  If I was going separates, I think I would go with the Luxman EQ-500.  Every demo of it has been stunning.
I used to have the Project table you have. While I was very happy with it (and it is a very good table) Two years ago I bought a Clearaudio Concept with thier most expensive MM cart.
The difference was outstanding.
I agree with jsautter, I am  going through a EAR 834p preamp and am extremely happy with that. It is then into a EAR 834 amp.
I will not change this part of my setup. Next though will be some new speakers.
