Today's Listen:
Ray Bryant -- SOMEWHERE IN FRANCE
One the first Jazz players I ever purchased on LP (Slow Freight). This music was recorded on a cassette deck 'somewhere' in France, hence the name. Pretty good sound from a $1.98 cassette. (notes).
The notes also point out that Bryant is one of the few from the 'golden age' of Jazz to be living out his golden years in good shape, health and money wise. Good!!!
