Not up to jico sas level for sure, but would it do ?
I am lending the TT with Shure V15 to a friend of mine who doesn’t have na upscale hifi to appreciate Jico Sas, so I am wondering if one of these would do.
If not, could someone recommend something affordable and better?

I agree, that cartridge body will accept an advanced stylus shape https://www.jico-stylus.com/product/vn35he-sas-b/ there are others, this was just a first find great article about stylus shapes, well worth reading https://www.sound-smith.com/articles/stylus-shape-information advanced stylus cost more, however, they last much longer, therefore, if you can get some money together, over time it will not be that expensive. from end of that article:
