I don't know if it's the same input layout as the Cortese. But I'll share how mine is laid out.

On my Cortese, look at the preamp from the rear, the far left - say 10 position is the phono input which is the furthest set of RCAs on the left. From there, 11 o'clock is the next input over. 12 o'clock is the middle input. 1 o'clock the next one to the right. 2 o'clock the last one on the right, looking at the back of the preamp from the rear.
