Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Set Fire To Flames / Sings reign rebuilder
This is certainly freeform experimental music. Musicians from "Godspeed You! Black Emperor" & "Silver Mt. Zion" formed this band in the 2000's.
Spirit - Late 70's repress of their 1970 album Twelve Dreams Of Dr. Sardonicus.
Another great psycodelic band to come out of California in the 60's.
As I was getting ready to spin some albums last night, I checked on my YouTube regular daily watches, and for whatever reason, a recent Richard Thompson interview popped up, and I watched it; fascinating. Then right after, a interview/documentary on Fairport Convention followed, and I was hooked, and my night was over.

So, after watching both, I’m lead to play some Fairport, Richard, or both. First up…

Fairport Convention - S/T (The US release/version of ‘What We Did On Our Holidays‘). A&M 1969. The first album after Sandy Denny joined.
