Outlaw Audio repair

Why wont Outlaw work on their own stuff?

Bad output relay maybe?    They don't build their own stuff.....  

if you are using a trigger remove it and see ifit stays on.

why won't the maker repair their own product?

I also do not understand why Outlaw Audio refuses to repair your unit. Are we missing something? Is your M-200 from the gray market? is your M-200 fully registered with Outlaw Audio? Did they give you an explanation why they refused to do the repair? Are you the original owner or did you purchase it preowned? Please provide more information. How old is your M-200?
It makes no sense that Outlaw would refuse to repair your unit.
