Roon nucleus no longer finds my network

I've been using the Roon nucleus in my system for several months and it's been a great way to stream tidal. Now, all of a sudden, the nucleus can't seem to 'find' my network. 

Due to the situation in my house I have to use an extender located my office. The nucleus is wired via ethernet to the extender. I've tried wiring the nucleus to other points and again no contact.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Roon app on my iPad with no success.
