Stands or no stands

Hello all.
I have been living with my new Klipsch Heresy IV's for months now and I am really pleased. My question is this, should I stand mount them to bring them up off the floor a bit?

My Room has a concrete floor, standard drywall and stud walls, sound foam in corners on the system side, and back wall on the listening side. Drop ceiling tiles are a little better than average, the floor is carpeted. room is essentially 12'x15'.

My system is MoFi ultra deck into an NAD pre, to a McIntosh 240, and I've recently added an SVS PB 2000 sub.

I understand that the Heresy's were designed to stay on the floor as is, but i can't help but wonder...

Thank you for any feedback.

So what you're saying, we can't punish the criminal until we remove the root cause of the crime? ;)

How about you lock him up, and Rick and I spring him loose?
If the 2 of U spring him or her out they will be back to interfering with the speed of sound in virtually no time. Tom
I owned Heresy II and when on their short risers the images they produced were too short.  Like I was listening to smurf bands.  If I kept them I would have used them with subs and heavy duty speaker stands.
All speakers I've had sounded better with stands. I use 4 to 6 inch stands under all of the ones I own, but have not own any Heresy's.
