decware err radial speakers

Has anyone heard these speakers, first hand? I am looking for a speaker that creates a nice soundstage and was considering these but there is not much written on them. Thanks.

I'm listening to them right now. The soundstage is very wide, and the sweet spot is much bigger. Unlike offerings like electrostatics, you can actually tell that there's another speaker room if you're standing well outside of the listening position. I've upgraded the caps on the rear binding posts, and it took me a while to dial in the highs with the included resistors, but I usually enjoy tweaking things. I don't think they're quite efficient enough for SET amps, but 20-50 watts of tube power is great.
I've yet to hear the Decware, but I am a happy owner of a pair of Ohm Walsh 2000s. Similar design concept. I posted a full review in the member review section, as well as updates in my Virtual System. I can't recommend them strongly enough!
I haven't the the most recent Ohms, so you may want to consider those (you're not going to find better than a 120-day money back policy). I prefer my ERR's to the Ohms I've heard in the past, but that was just the original Ohm Walsh, and they were about 20 years old at that time.
Anyone know anything about the custom radial driver used and how that works? I'm wondering how it is similar or different from Walsh drivers in general?

Also I am wondering if these are bottom ported?

Thanks.
Mapman,

You may get the info you need over at the Decware forum as there are a few folks there who own the ERRs, including one guy who owns 6 in a multi-channel set-up with dual center speakers. However, calling Steve, as opposed to sending a PM, is probably the best way.
