Over loading?

Hello, I have 2 Parasound amps total combind 360amps peak on 1 15 amp dedicated line. Is this to much for this one outlet?

Same wire is used for the kitchen which has 20amp breakers. I don't know what the run length is but it's closer to the panel than the kitchen...
