Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO

Stopped at estate sale on
my way home from work tonight that had a Yorx stereo system as the image for their ad on fb marketplace. I figured there might be some vinyl, since the system included a TT. Picked up 20 records for $1 each, including the
Miles Davis +19 Miles Ahead I am listening to now. This is the Columbia Jazz Masterpieces 1987 reissue. I aslo have the OG that I got from my father-in-law’s collection. It doesn’t sound as good as this one!
After that it’s the $1 John Coltrane Quartet-Coltrane “Custom Pressed on PREMIUM VIRGIN VINYL-AUDIOPHILE” (according to the hype sticker on the back).
King Crimson - Larks' Tongues In Aspic (Steven Wilson)

Huge Crimson fan, I like them all but this one has always been by far my favorite. Steven has some serious competition here as I have both the original US And UK pressings plus the 1987 EG Editions half-speed master. This comparison will take some time.
Nice finds J_Husker!

Middlemass,
That is a great album from them! My favorite from KC is "Red"

Toho Sarah / ST
This was made by some members of the "Acid Mothers Temple" band in 1995. It's weird but I like it. It is probably being played right now in an opium den somewhere.
